All sales are final when you purchase Heaven's Myst. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the living medicinal product.

We do not provide refunds. If you believe there is an issue with product quality or if you want more information please contact us at info@heavensmyst.com.

As a wholesale producer and self- distributor, we do not deliver damaged products. We will always verify product conditions on delivery in person at your site,

When we do ship orders and you receive damaged bottles, please contact us immediately. Photos of the damaged bottles/box are required with seals intact for review in order to be approved for replacement. Please email damaged product photos to carla@heavensmyst.com.
